I honestly just though "oh look, more kids and being born because the act was repealed.there wasn't anything overt about the last moment. IMHO they should have had a line of dialogue between the last three of them along the lines of "do you have names for them yet?" And then done some call back to there grandfather or something for the two babies in the lab.and the CABs says he was naming the other after he father.or something. Looking back, the while morning sickness thing was the "tell", and then them focusing on her belly when she was dying was the confirmation, I guess? Monday got shot to hell, ended up dying on the ground.she wasn't far enough along to be showing.and they were able to act fast enough in all the chaos to save both and put them in a lab-whom? The whole "don't let them take them" made no sense to me in the moment for me to pick up on it. Maybe I'm an idiot, but I came her to the discussion to figure out the ending scene. I will say Monday's dilemma at the end was a small eyebrow raiser as I thought she was just being selfish but her being pregnant with twins, I get it. It had some minor details or flaws that one could nitpick but ultimately not worthy of going into.
Lastly certain moments definitely made me wince or tense up when I realized what was about to go down in a holy crap is that really going to happen kind of way, which normally is hard to get as a reaction out of me. Reminded me a lot of Tatiana Maslany in Orphan Black which I feel had a much stronger variation between characters, but that's probably easier to do with a tv show that spans more time than a two hour movie, so all being said Rapace did really well.
It started out a little hectic with which one is which, but you put it together pretty quickly based on their different features and personalities. Rapace did a good job playing the different characters. I will say I didn't think it would have that high of a body count in a few aspects, which caught me off guard. I feel like the ending could have maybe done things a little differently to make the film a little stronger but overall really enjoyed it and certain parts still had me guessing or surprised. Trying to avoid spoilers so I'll be vague.
